Over the past year, Elizabeth has become an invaluable part of our team. While she originally joined BRAND as our Office Assistant, it quickly became clear that her role extended far beyond that title. Through her initiative, professionalism, leadership, and unwavering commitment to both our team and our clients, Elizabeth has helped shape the day-to-day operations of BRAND in meaningful ways.
Elizabeth brings a unique combination of office management experience, organizational skill, financial and HR knowledge, and a genuine passion for supporting others. She has consistently maintained the high level of client service our firm strives for while also helping keep our growing team organized, efficient, and moving forward. BRAND would not operate as smoothly without her!
As Office Manager, Elizabeth will continue overseeing internal operations, supporting project coordination, and helping guide the continued growth of BRAND. Her positive attitude, dedication to continual learning, and ability to manage countless moving pieces at once make her exceptionally well suited for this role. We are incredibly grateful for everything Elizabeth has contributed during her first year with BRAND, and we are excited to see her continue to grow with our company.

Welcome Jamie - BRAND's Land Use Planner!
BRAND announces the addition of Jamie Viveiros

Salem, Oregon — BRAND Land Use is thrilled to announce that Jamie Viveiros has joined the firm as a Land Use Planner, expanding the team’s capacity to deliver clear, timely, and client focused planning services across Oregon.
Jamie brings strong experience in entitlement strategy, application preparation, and public engagement. Her project work includes site plan review, conditional use permits, annexations, zone changes, subdivisions, design and historic review, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Jamie will support both public and private sector clients, with a focus on helping communities and project partners move from concept to approval with confidence.

At BRAND, Jamie will lead case management for a variety of projects, prepare complete and well organized submittals, coordinate with agency staff and consultants, and help shepherd projects through neighborhood meetings, hearings, and final approvals. She will also contribute to internal templates and best practices that keep BRAND’s work product consistent, readable, and easy for jurisdictions to adopt.
