Hi, I’m Britany. I’m the owner and Principal Planner here at BRAND Land Use. I was introduced to this industry back in 2014 when I started taking AutoCAD classes for Civil Drafting at Chemeketa Community College. My love for drafting morphed into a love for land use planning. I’ve been fortunate to work with esteemed civil engineers here in the Willamette Valley as well as with the Community Development Department at the City of Salem. I started BRAND in 2019 after leaving the City of Salem to stay home with my daughter, Brynn. BRAND allows me to strike a balance between keeping up with the industry I love so much and keeping up with my growing family.
When I’m not working on BRAND projects, you’ll likely find me at home with my husband, Chris, our daughter, Brynn, and our tiny herd of animals. We live on a small hobby farm in Jefferson. Our farm is home to a dog, a cat, two goats, and two pigs!

Hi, I’m Jamie! I am the Land Use Planner here at BRAND. My role includes preparing land use applications on behalf of our clients, drafting a wide variety of planning documents, and representing clients at public hearings and community meetings, among many other things.
My passion for land use planning began nearly seven years ago as a City Planner along the Gulf Coast of Florida. Since then, I have worked my way up through several roles, including Planning Division Manager and Assistant Community Development Director. I am certified by both the American Institute of Certified Planners and the Association of State Floodplain Managers.
After spending 14 years in Florida, I relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2023 to be closer to my family. If I’m not working at BRAND, I’m likely at Disney – and if I’m not at Disney, I love spending time with my family and pets, cooking, kickboxing, or heading to the farm or coast for the weekend.
Hi, I’m Brynn. I am the Cuteness Coordinator here at BRAND. My job as the Cuteness Coordinator is to be the cutest, ever. I do a pretty stellar job! I'm six years old now and have recently started taking on the task of organizing our BRAND office supplies. Sometimes I even add some original art or stickers to the boring blank paper I find, you're welcome.
When I’m not working on BRAND projects, you can find me working hard in 1st grade, playing with friends, or in my playroom tending to my 526 babies who each have unique names and needs. I also love to travel! I've been keeping track of how many states I have visited and I'm already up to 9!
Hi, I’m Danielle. I am the Business Manager here at BRAND. My job is to manage business processes, manage templates for land use findings, manage project schedules, and assign tasks. I also assist with editing land use narratives and ensure each completed project meets our BRAND standards.
I’ve always loved reading and that lead me to pursue an English Degree at Winthrop University. During my time there, I took classes focused on writing and technical communications before graduating in 2013. In my professional experience I’ve spent time managing projects, managing schedules, leading people, coordinating contracts, and so much more. I am excited to bring my experience to my work at BRAND.
When I’m not working on BRAND projects, I enjoy reading, crafting, and spending time on the water. My husband Trey and I also love to travel and have hopes to be able to visit all 7 continents during our travels.
Hi, I’m Cari. I am the Project Administrator here at BRAND. My job is to assist with: creating templates for land use cases, creating and editing project proposals, editing and compiling land use submittals for different jurisdictions, and supporting clients as needed to ensure projects run smoothly through the land use process.
I have always been interested in learning and helping others which lead to earning my Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. I also hold a Master’s degree from The Citadel in Elementary School Counseling. I most recently graduated in 2017. Throughout my professional career, I have been in charge of a plethora of projects and been expected to focus on the details that support the overall mission and vision of the assignment. I look forward to bringing my experience to BRAND.
When I’m not working on BRAND projects, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful baby boy Clark, my husband Brad and my schnoodle Loki. We love Marvel movies, traveling, spending time on the water and being together. We love to invest in others and spread generosity.
Hi, I’m Elizabeth. I’m the Office Assistant here at BRAND, but my real title is Background Office Ninja. My job includes maintaining the BRAND standard for client service, assisting both our team and clients in project deliverables, and most importantly… managing Britany day-to-day!
My previous professional experience includes office management, finance, and HR for local Salem businesses in multiple industries. I’m passionate about business and continual learning, so I’m very excited for this new adventure in the land use industry!
When I’m not working, you’ll find me somewhere around town either grabbing a coffee, spending time with my gaggle of friends, or working with kiddos in our community. Some of my personal loves include travel, personal finance, business, and enjoying all the cuisine the Willamette Valley can bring!
