Partition and Adjustments

BRAND assisted our Client with obtaining approval of a three-parcel partition and two adjustments. The property was annexed into the City of Salem in 2019. Much of the property was developed in Marion County prior to the property being annexed and is therefore legal nonconforming development. The adjustments were needed to eliminate the setback required on both sides of the newly proposed north/south property line.
Subdivision

BRAND worked with our Client to present a consolidated application for a six-lot subdivision and tree conservation plan. The subdivision required some tree removal and an alternative street standard due to existing infrastructure and topography constraints. The approvals needed were obtained and the project is currently under construction.
