Annexation and Zone Change to Multi Family

BRAND worked with our Client to obtain land use approval for an Annexation, Zone Change, and a Minor Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment. The property was designated as DR (Developing Residential) in the City of Salem’s Comprehensive Plan and zoned UT-5 (Urban Transition – 5) under Marion County’s zoning designations. Following the successful annexation of the site BRAND's Client received approval for site plan review and design review to add 14 dwelling units to the property. The project is currently under construction.
